Who I am
Schuler Customs is the woodworking site of Jeremy Schuler, a furniture maker based in Old Towne Orange, California. The site address is http://schulercustoms.com. This policy explains what personal information the site collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.
Contact form
The contact form is the only place this site collects personal information. When you send a message, I receive your name, email address, subject, and message by email. I use that information only to reply to you and, if we work together, to discuss your project. I don’t add you to a mailing list, and I don’t sell or share your information with anyone.
To keep out spam, submissions are screened automatically: a hidden field catches automated bots, and messages containing common spam phrases are discarded. This screening doesn’t collect any additional information about you.
Comments
This site doesn’t accept public comments, so no comment information is collected or displayed.
Cookies
This site doesn’t use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. The only cookies it sets are login cookies, used solely by the site administrator to sign in. Visitors browsing the site aren’t tracked.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to other websites, such as Pinterest. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy doesn’t cover.
Who your information is shared with
I don’t sell, rent, or trade personal information. Your information is handled only by the services needed to run this site, such as the web host and email delivery.
How long it’s kept
Contact form messages stay in my email for as long as they’re needed for our conversation or project.
Your choices
You can ask me what personal information I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Send a request through the contact page and I’ll take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
